THEFT OF EQUITY FROM SENIORS
or long term homeowners is just
now rising to the surface. Many homeowners who thought they were
refinancing their homes, just like us, have recently become aware,
or are not yet aware, that they do not have, nor can they get a
clear title to their property because THE ORIGINAL MORTGAGE, even
though paid off, HAS NOT HAD THE SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE filed
with their County Clerk's Office, as required by law.

| Using red herrings, predatory lending practices, fraudulent documents, and a somewhat popular "consolidated mortgage" which is a complete worthless fraud, can prevent you from selling your home the old fashioned way, honestly. This is a history of the problems you don't ever want to encounter or have to deal with. It should be mandatory reading in today's real estate market, especially if you think you currently have no problems. For a summary of what has happened to us, Check this link |
